Shocked at Nu Metro’s service

I went to Hyde Park for the Endgame movie in 4dx. The refreshment station at the VIP section was so slow. Slush puppies were liquid. There was 2 spices for the popcorn and if we wanted any more we had to walk all the way back to the entrance. Then the movie was so dark that you could barely see any details! I havet had a dark movie at Hyde Park before so dont know whats going on. The service also use to be great!
