Service delivery poor

A friend & I went to the opening of 50 shades of Grey 12/02/2015. The movie started @ 20:43 because the kiosks couldn't handle the amount of people wanting to buy refreshments before the movie. Surely Nu metro was well aware of the amount of people to expect, seeing that the movie was booked out well in advance. After the movie it was a mess it looked like one of the Cape town stadium gates. Nu metro handed out gift bags to certain ladies, which caused almost every other lady to wait for theirs as there was not enough gift bags ready for all. Certain people now enjoyed gift bags who paid exactly the same price, unfortunately people had squeeze pass with great difficulty wanting to go home as the movie already started late. I feel that in a big mall like Canal walk you expect service providers to be more professional and well prepared for big crowds. It's almost as if they thought let's make 100 bags the others will get tired of waiting anyway. The refreshments are already astronomically priced but yet you have to stand in a 30 minute line to get service it's pathetic.
