Self service machine - deducted my bank account 3 times

<p>On the 13th July 2017 we visited your Grandwest and watched Spiderman. On the day i tried to buy the ticket at the self service but twice it said unsuccessful , i then went to the counter and swipe d the R95.00 at the counter with assistance from your staff. To my suprised i have just spoken to my bank and they just confirmed that R95.00 was deducted 3 times even though it said unsuccessful?</p> <p>I wonder how many other people are paying 3 times for the sam thing. Imagine people dont check their bank statements , the bank confirmed they banked it 3 times.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable!!</p>
