rude staff at nu metro

very rude interaction at the movies with my family, last week we went to nu metro wanting to watch movies, the rude consultant and highly irritated lady clearly was not in her right mind, we were a little indecisive and couldn't quite decide which movie to watch, we had changed the movie twice at which point she refused to assist until we made up our minds, she asked us to step aside and decide in a very rude way, I would not suggest anyone to watch movies at menlyn nu metro, their staff are rude and I have never been this embarrassed in front of my teen age son and toddler girl as I have been offended at this cinema, shame on nu metro for appointing such *********** and ill mannered staff, i asked for a supervisor and she advised that she was the supervisor, which she clearly was not as I firmly feel a supervisor would not have been that rude, what happened to respect, I am not evwen going to mention the customer is always right, because I did nothing wrong but be indecisive, and may I add that there was no line so I was not holding anyone up.
