Rude and unprofessional

We tried to call nu metro at Menlyn Park shopping center we called 30times yes 30 times not exaggerating we called them 30 times and not once was it picked up a few times it was picked up but then just put down again!! Rude and unprofessional behavior we then called head office to see if we can be put through they helped us by giving two alternative number which we also phoned a few times and no anwser really??!! We wanted to book out a cinema for a birthday party and really no anwser??!! Menlyn needs a attitude adjustment no one is helpful at the cinema either we walk around looking to find help and when you finally do it’s like we are inconveniencing their day by being there! Really unprofessional and most unwanted atmosphere. I will rather go to Sterr Kinekor for a movie as they actually anwser their phones and they come and ask you if you need assistance. Really pathetic service!
