****** for points

Dont really have problems with anything besides im always having a problem getting my points I had watched the kandsamys the wedding x 2 tickets plus a large popcorn and a large coke the lady said they offline she wrote down the card number to load points but I havent recieved it .but this happened once before and it means if we dnt check we wont know if we recieving the points .
