ripping clients off

Between Numetro the glen and Altech Netstargo i have never received such a terrible service, i purchased four 2d movie tickets from netstar go to numetro and get told that the only 2d movies is Minions which has moved to vip and mission impossible 5 which my 3 year old daughter is not allowed in. so besides wasting my money on Saturday i also got terrible service from both companies. and iv spoken to a few staff at netstar and its seems as though they doing you a favour and have no customer service. between numetro and netstargo i want a refund for the movie tickets
