Reimbur*****t - Nu metro The Glen

Horrible. Absolutely Horrible. Went to see a movie on the 18th of December at the glen nu metro. Two transactions went off my account, instead of one. I’m now suffering to get a reimbur*****t of the other payment. Spoke to the so called manager by the name of Caiphus. He is yet to give me a response on my query. I was told that they will get their IT guy to look into the matter. Gave out my card details but to no avail . They’ve requested a bank statement, my question is how do I get a bank statement for a transaction that happened on the previous day. How on earth is that possible?
