Refused refund, horrible managers and customer service.

I have just come home from the cinema expecting my movie but was interrupted with load shedding although at the beginning of the movie we were informed you had generators. The movie was 2 hours and we watched 10 minutes before their was loadshedding. We were given a voucher for a free movie but considering the price it is unacceptable to not give a full refund or sympathy considering the reputation. Horrible manager and staff service and refused a full refund despite being 10 minutes into the movie. Considering the amount of adverti*****ts for making sure the movie would be lost during loadshedding, this is unacceptable preparation and service.
