Refusal of refund

We went to Nu Metro To watch Maverick; we bought tickets at the Nedbank machine but could not get allocated seats. We then went to the help desk and were told that no seats were available. So, we went to the East Rand mall to watch the movie.

The R370 from NuMetro however went off my account. I have been struggling since 39 June to get a refund. They want my bank statement. Why would I give my whole bank statement to strangers? So, I downloaded my statement as I only received it via the internet, blanked out the other transactions and sent it to them, still they are refusing to refund me. I also sent them the full transaction details, proof of my account, but still they refuse.
