Putrid service received at Grand West nu Metro

<p>I'd just like to bring this issue to the attention of the managerial staff at Nu Metro Grand West on Saturday 10 February I booked tickets to watch 50 shades of grey when I arrived at the cinema there was no one to guide me as to how I was supposed to go about obtaining the tickets , the popcorn I purchased was cold as well as the astros being old and the slushies were just ice the lady that was at the counter didn't even bring it to our attention she just said just take anything we have other people to see to but the hilight had to be when a usher at the cinema told me that I had to remove my own stubs from the ticket because he is very tired </p>
