preordered let down

Good day,<br> <br> Yesterday me and friends have had the most horrible experience at your cinema.<br> <br> my friend prebought tickets for Star Wars, on the prebought tickets the time that the movie starts was 17h30, but when we arrived at 17h20 the movie had already started and we had to go through a long queue some of us stayed behind to get popcorn by the time we got in the cinema it was 17h45.<br> <br> why do you put incorrect times on tickets and dont give out changes of times for prebought tickets, it spoilt our starwars experience and we where all so looking forward to it.<br> <br>
