Poor Service From the Gateway Brach Call Center and Live Chat

I went to the Gateway branch yesterday 04/11/2025 and the movie Badlands was available to book I took photos of the screens and the showtimes as I needed to confirm with my Family , I then came back to the mall today 05/11/2025 and see that on the systems it showed coming soon however no showtimes was available to book I spoke to a worker who was present that advised the systems was offline and to come back later , I called the call center who confirmed the systems was being updated and the show times will be updated to book however a few minutes ago I spoke to Maki from Live chat who told me it was removed permanently and will not be showing , This is Poor Customer service why no one communicating with the branches to the call center however if you go online you will that the site is still promoting the movies I need answers!!!
