Poor service from Nu Metro Walmer Park

To whom it may concern,

On the 25th of January I booked 15 movie tickets for the Fifty Shades Frees on Wednesday, 7 February at Walmer Park, Nu Metro. When arriving inside the cinema two of the seats where not there I called a Nu Metro assistant to ask where should the other two people sit as there is no seats. The person who's name I didn't get was sarcastic and made jokes with other customers in my face. I asked that I want a refund on which he also did not attend because my movie tickets is not 'enough' proof that I paid for the tickets. I am very upset about the this and the fact that we couldn't watch the movie because of the rude/bad service. Disgusting service to say the least.
