Poor service

I went to watch a movie at their branch at woodlands on Saturday the 3rd. I bought the tickets from their popcorn counter. Was made to swipe my card 3 times by the cashier and the supervisor. Money went out of my account on each occasion. I paid R1011 for tickets that cost R337.I complained to Numetro the same day through their whatsapp number. Provided all the information they need. Three days later they are still investigating and I have not received my money
