Poor service by nu metro and no one cares

Last night i took my wife out to go watch Fifty shades of grey we had pre booked our tickets online in December when i booked the tickets no where did it say that it was girls night out!!! After i had received the tickets from the counter and bought my popcorn and drinks i get stopped at the door telling me i cant go in because it was girls night out.If it had said on the website GNO i could have let my wife go with her friends.<br> When we got stopped the manager said she is sorry but i cant go in then she told me i was lying when i said it didnt say Girls night out on the website.After i had gone onto the app and the main site with my phone and proved her wrong she said sorry she cant handle this right now and shoved me oof to the side when i said lets call head office she refused! she said she had to go and sort out other issues and my issue was not important i am a paying customer all customers are important.she then told me to rebook for another day but i must act fast as seats are going so she made it my problem to solve after i had complained and she saw i was angry she then shoved me off to the sales team who didnt know what they were doing and told me no seats were available
