Poor Service

The lack of service I received from Nu Metro on Saturday 27/07/2019 is appalling ... I was attempting to book tickets for the lion king movie for the after noon showing. I contacted the call centre to check which cinema's still had seats for the 16:45 movie. At the time I was @Maponya mall. I called the nu metro call centre at 14:26. The consultant I spoke to on the phone told me that the available bookings were for Trade Route mall and immediately told him I wanted to book. He told me to hold on the line and I waited. He eventually got back to me and told me that someone will contact me to finalize the booking and that he needed my name and contact number. I immediately gave him my details and rushed to Trade route. When I arrive at trade route mall at around 15:15 the consultant that said he would call back did not call me back. As we were about to make the booking on at the trade route cinema I was told there was one seat available. I contact the call centre to another consultant who told me that there's no request for a call back from their database nor has there been a booking. I am disgusted by the service that was given to me . The least the consultant could've given me was honesty... I would've been okay at the fact that the lion king movie was booked to capacity and I wouldn't have wasted my time and petrol for empty promises.
