Poor poor service

I have had terrible experience with Nu Metro Cinema and how they handle customers queries. I visited their cinema in Boardwalk Gqeberha where they charged my twice for my tickets which to me is understandable mistakes can happen. What I didn't expect is how terrible they would handle my refund query the transaction happen on January 31st to this day I haven't been refunded even though I've provide all the information they asked for. Now I have to be the one who constantly asks for a feedback. I didn't know Nu Metro has turned to a ****a Shop.
