Poor excuse for entertainment

Very disappointed that a movie we came to watch at the VIP scene movie theatre at the V&A had some technical issue and could not be screened. Shouldn't it be a priority if as according to the manager they had difficulty the night before, not to wait until a movie slot is supposed to start to then switch on machines and have a customer wait for more than 30min. We had to call someone and ask why the movie had not started yet before they were even aware that they might have a problem. The manager seemed flustered and sincere in her apology but it doesn't change that the morning was ruined. Was our first time in the VIP section, most unfortunate and disappointing experience. And a guy that said I'm just a worker here, upon asking him who he is, had the audacity to tell us to come back later to another show with no form explanation or apology. The manager arrived after him, she had a professional approach. The Numetro compliments or complaints section of the website doesn't work!
