POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & RIDICULOUS PRICES

My husband and I wanted to see a movie at Nu Metro at the V & A Waterfront as he has received a voucher of some sort from Mc Donalds. Not knowing what the exact terms were, this lady who "assisted" us said it has expired without checking the system, however, there was no expiry date on the voucher. She spoke to a colleague in a language none of us understand which just ****ed me off. She had this attitude as if she did not want to serve us. The bottom line was that there is a 40% discount on 1xticket and the other will be full priced, she did not explain this clearly and the details were not explained clearly and we were under the impression that 1x ticket was free. After I had to gather what she was trying to get at and explained back to her so that I understood if we were on the same page. Throughout this experience, she was shouting out to her colleague in their language infront of us. We then cancelled the transaction and went to Ster-Kinekor Cinema Nouveau instead, where we were treated very so much better. Nu Metro will NEVER see me again!
