Poor customer service at NuMetro Westgate

Very sluggish service by the ladies at the snack counter! They serve customers as though they would rather be elsewhere. Their attitudes are very cold toward the customer. I went there on a Sunday, attracted by the promotion to advertise the opening of the refurbished theatres. What a disappointment! The initial treatment at the service counter put a damper on the afternoon. I'll be watching movies elsewhere in future.
