Poor customer service

Poor customer service firstly only two tills open for refreshments, then half way through the movie the projector goes off and i lose 25 minutes of the movie. I drove from the southern suburbs to watch in your xtreme theatre and all i receive is a lousy apology. Totally unacceptable
