Poor conditions of toilets

I love Canal Walk shopping center, Cape Town, but was so disappointed when I went to the Nu Metro cinema's toilets. Some of the urinals were out of order, the one I used looked like it had not been flushed for ages. When I tried to flush it, it did not work. The soap dispensers: there were three in total. Two of them did not have any soap and one was broken. The water that came out of the taps was a yellowish-brown color. The service behind the desks was awful: very unprofessional and rude. Will be taking the nearest Ster Kinekor instead in the future
