Poor cinema experience at Nu Metro The Glen

Myself and my partner went to watch The Nun at Nu Metro the glen. Firstly the seats are numbered but the rows aren't, so we kept getting disturbed by people lighting their torches to find their seats. To top it off, the screen had some fault on it, every time there was a dark scene, we would have these blue dots/ blue stain across the screen, no one came to apologise or give an explanation. This was very disturbing, and we weren't able to enjoy this horror film as a result. for R80 a ticket, at least we could get is a movie that does not have any "blemishes" and a well numbered seating arrangement. I was very disappointed with this, and my whole experience was ruined, here we are supporting our local cinemas and this is what we get.
