Paying high prices for poor quality

Took my family to watch a movie @ Menlyn Nu Metro 4dX on Tuesday. This was our FIRST 4dx experience. What a Disappointment!!. I paid just under R800 for 4 tickets. The worst experience EVER!!. The Image of the movie was so dark, and the one fan kept squeaking every time it came on. I cannot believe that a Cinema that has been in our country for over a 120 years is not able to check their quality on a frequent basis. I had to take a photo to send to them as proof of the quality. I logged a complaint and what do they focus on?.. The fact that I took a photo of their poor quality imagery. Havent even heard from Menlyn Nu-Metro as yet. Just a response saying that the Technician has corrected the brightness........ I want a refund!!! Nobody should pay this amount of money for this experience. What a ripoff!!
