Pathetic service at Nu Metro Canal Walk

I find your service pathetic. All your staff at Canal Walk needs to be fired. Your bathrooms are filthy but yet you people charge such ridiculous prices. You even charge extra for popcorn spice but your bathroom is poor . How pathetic is that .... All your cinema's should close down
