Pathetic service at nu metro ballito junction

<p>So, today my friends and I made a 40 minute trip from my home in durban to the new cinema complex at ballito junction mall to be perturbed by the pathetic customer service.I ordered a combo which includes the drink, popcorn and sweets and at the pavilion branch this normally entails slush puppy and to my shock I was informed that this branch only has a product called ice blast so I took this instead only to be told that the ICE blast was not ready so I asked if I could substitute this for ice tea or a juice instead as the movie was about to start but was told this could not be done and had chosen water instead.It's truly disappointing to be informed that this new cinema does not sell slush puppy when the pavilion branch does and the service from staff does not compensate for the overall experience from the world class cinema screen.I'm sorry ballito junction but a movie experience is a package deal and you got this combination wrong.</p>
