PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

On Saturday the 3rd August, my boyfriend and I went Nu Metro Canal Walk to watch Lion King with our daughter. After standing in the line for almost half an hour we got some assistance, enjoyed the movie. However, after the movie we left went to the ladies that is just opposite cinema 2 where we watched the movie. We realized we forgot our Mr Price bag. Rushed back two cleaners were in the cinema already - female and male. I asked the female as I remember her walking in while we waled out. She didn't answer. The male however said he was cleaning from the bottom up and we were sitting in row K - the last row in the cinema. I walked out and spoke to one of your unhelpful staff members who didn't even allow me to finish my story but said there's nothing we can do & that it could have been one of the other customers that took it . I do understand and accept the fact that is was our fault for leaving the bag there. We were sitting close to the corner in row K and were the last customers to have left the cinema in that row - so I doubt that any other customers in that row would have taken our bag. I left my name and number with one of your staff members and still haven't word a word from them ever since?! I will never set my foot in that cinema again, I will rather support Ster Kinekor in future!!
