Pathetic service

<p>Nu metro galleria absolutely pathetic service my husband and I went there on the 10th of march at 7.15 arrived a basically stood in the line for almost 20 minutes when a finally got to the front the cashier stated that the speed point mahines were not working .we waited 25 minutes and we're not informed of this , this is quiet frustrating the workers ate absolutely slow and the manager didnt seem to be any help aswell stating that the machines only went offline as we got to the front however cashier stated that it was not working for a while , anyways we could not watch the movie we wanted and didn't get any points on our numetro card which was promised .also the popcorn as rather terrible</p>
