Pathetic Nu Metro! Rudest Call Centre EVER. Yes you, Sarah!

Called the Call Centre twice, since I needed to move my seat to a wheelchair seat, after undergoing operations on both knees, between booking for Barbie night and the show date itself. I didn't know I would have been in a wheel chair.

The first woman answering just hang up and the second woman, Sarah, told us we cannot contact Nu Metro in Menlyn, we must go through them. We asked if we can please ensure that myself and my friends are seated at the Wheelchair seats, as we have no other option. SARAH also just put the phone down, whilst we will still talking.
