Pathetic customer service Nu Metro Trade Route

<p>My wife called to redeem her Nedbank Green Backs tickets and spoke to a lady called Zanele (name was told only after second call) who was extremely abrupt and rude saying there is no such a thing. My wife asked to speak to the manager or someone who would know of this. Zanele said she is the manager on duty and there was no one else to speak to. My wife asked for her name and she slammed the phone. My wife called for the second time and the same lady answered the phone only then did Zanele give her name. We will continue to slender Nu Metro Trade Route Mall as they Employ Arrogant, ******** people who fails to assist. We have been regular patrons at Nu Metro Trade Route however will rather drive out of Lenasia where the service is better. Maybe Nu Metro should approach Ster Kinekor for assistance with customer care. Zanele is extremely rude and needs to be fired. We will use Social media to broadcast our experience and detour patrons from using Nu Metro Lenasia. Extremely disappointed. </p>
