Pathetic!!

<p>Paid for movie tickets, assistant of nu-metro assisted, card was approved funds out of my account! NO TICKETS!!! Assistance manager and manager pathetic service provided proof that money was out of account and still I was requested to provide them with a bank statement!!!??? Seriously??? </p>
