Season greetings, just would like to express my disappointment at the manner in which service is conducted at the Menlyn branch. Movie starts at 10:45am got to numetro at 10 they were closed. Browsed around the mall went back to the movie theatre at 10:30am it was choked. Stood in a queue to purchase tickets self service waited 15 minutes purchased then joined the queue for collection of confectionery. The drag of waiting was a frustration. Attendants busy chatting working with no urgency. Movie starts at 10:45 please note. I only got to the front to collect my goods at 11:15am im exhausted and tired of standing while staff engage in chit chays with no care in the world to push the queue. Why open late if u know it will create a backlog and you guys have the time schedules of the movies. It is not a free service we pay full prices. Please advise your staff to pull up their socks. I did highlight my irrritation when I got infront. Customer service should not be compromised. There's no urgency to deliver at all. Need to let it out. Thanking you in advance Regards Suraiya
