Opening cinema late

I am extremely disappointed with the service, or rather the lack thereof, at your Welkom cinema. On Saturday, I attended the 11:15 AM screening with my children, only to find that the front doors of the cinema were still closed at 11:15 AM. The doors were finally opened at 11:43 AM, which I find completely unacceptable.

When I raised this issue, a manager with an unprofessional attitude approached me. He appeared indifferent to the situation and blamed the cashiers for arriving late for their shifts. This response was far from satisfactory.

To make matters worse, when we were eventually allowed into the cinema, it was very dark inside, and the movie had already been playing for approximately 20 minutes. I went back to the foyer and again encountered the same manager. I requested that the movie be restarted from the beginning, as that was what I had paid for. However, he arrogantly told me that he could not accommodate this request because the broadcast is controlled by your head office. He then walked away without offering an apology or any resolution to the situation.

Given this experience, I have decided that I will no longer attend Numetro cinemas and will instead continue to use streaming services. The lack of customer care and respect for your patrons is simply unacceptable.
