Online booking system doesn't wor****

<p>I booked tickets online and the system said there was an error and did not confirm my booking, however my bank account was debited. I phone the call center and they confirmed that the payment has gone through and promised to email my tickets within the hour. An our later I phoned back and they yet again promised to contact me, yet again this did not happen. ......I'm still waiting!!!!!</p> <p>Unfortunately this is not the first time it happened. </p>
