Once again, no stock

Once again, out of stock!!!! Running a promotion, out of stock and no notice to let you know they are out of stock. When asked about it, you get an attitude. Then asked for caramel popcorn, again, out of stock. Is this for real!!!! If you do proper planning and management, this won't happen. This is also not the first this happended at this cinema. Bad service, bad attitudes.
