Numetro VIP recliner claim!!

Numetro for such a big company they are completely inconsiderate regarding there clients best interests. Spoke to maanger at Numetro and she agrees to my complaint yet she has the nerve to insist the can not assist my problem. My brand new cell phone slipped out my jeans pocket on the recliner seat in VIP when I took it out the fone was smashed and destroyed due to the mechanism of the seat. Numetro management says they sorry about what happened but can not help me!!!! There client services are pathetic and show no concern of there clients
