NuMetro Unacceptable Customer Service.

We booked for the 09:00am Avengers Endgame Movie for the 01-05-2019 at the Numetro Trade Route Mall and found the service level totally appalling. Knowing that this movie will be crowded we decided to be at the cinema at 08:20am to avoid any disappointments. There were only two employees available to help customers to purchase there refreshments etc. We stood in the queue until 09: 35am (1H 15m) before going into the cinema. The movie already started for about 15 minutes which was unacceptable to walk in not watching it from the start.

I have communicated with NuMetro using their online complaints services and via email. To date no feedback or resolution from NuMetro head office.
