Numetro pathetic service

I just had the most pathetic service from numetro ever ... Booked 8 x 3D tickets for 7:45pm @ Numetro Galleria ... Stood in the que for beverages & snacks for 40mins because of *********** staff (cashier's) who had to do a void after every customer .... Then after purchasing our refreshments we get into the cinema only at 8:10pm only to find that there aren't any seats available, there were incorrect people in the cinema & it's been over an hour standing with our now stail refreshments still waiting ... While the manager tries to solve the problem ... After one and a half hours manager ZAMNELE gives 8 of us complementary tickets WHICH CAN ONLY BE USED AFTER TWO WEEKS !!!!! and CANnnot refund us apparently and also cannot refund us for our refreshments which got froth and stail ... Also very unhelpful ... To add to my dissatisfaction he offers another 5 people an offer to enter the prestige VIP cinema anytime ... Refuses to help us ... NUMETRO SUCKS with Service !!!!! Giving me something I paid for when I spent a lot fuel to get to this cinema only cause the preferred movie was booked out everywhere .... PATHETIC !!!!
