Numetro Menlyn has no security, your life is in danger. Don’t go there

What an appalling Manager at Nu Metro Menlyn Mall... My wife was pick pocketed at Numetro Menlyn while we were buying tickets, we report the matter to management, also trying to see the camera footage, the manager Nicol Boysens, says “you must look after your belongings” all their cameras don’t work, all the staff knows, the explanation is that they don’t work because of a renovation. Well renovations were done 6 months ago, I wouldn’t be surprised if her staff, or herself tells the ********* that cameras are not working so they can do as they please... what if we saw this ********/s and they had a weapon? Could we have been injured for phones? How does a person like Nicole become a manager? Clearly she has no people’s s****s. We lost R30 000 worth of belongings and some one turns and says you must look after your things? This means Nu metro doesn’t care about their clients. No Cameras, No security personnel... how even after 6 months since renovations are done?
