Numetro Customer service is the worst
Their customer service is the worst! Shouting and customers and being sarcastic

29 Jun 2024, 13:28They promised to immediately send me an email with the resolved issue, so that I did not have to follow up on it again. But I have not received that email.
I do not appreciate it to be treated badly for not accepting bad service. They did nothing to fix the problem, other than aggravating me further by shouting at me, argue with me and being sarcastic. I had to end the call not to be treated badly further. And now I am waiting for the feedback which they promised still...
