Numetro canal walk need an answer

Numetro canal walk no customer service, I went to watch movie today in canal walk they telling me e absa reward OFFLINE ,and nobody could give me right answer and tell me why, lady went to call.lady called few she cudnt answer she told me to wait for manager charl, and nobody appeared to answer me,I think today Sunday 23 they wanted to make money, very DISSAPOINTED I purchased 2 full price on 2 movies ,I need an answer and I want my money back,why did I apply for absa rewards ,if nobody getting bCk to ne I will publish more places
