Nu metro Woodlands boulevard

Every time my experience at the Woodlands nu metro branch is terrible but yesterday was the icing on the cake. They opened the snack bar late. As a result I stood in line for an hour to get snacks. My movie started and I was stil in line. There was only 1 till open. It's absolutely ridiculous! 11:40 the person behind the counter said, oh but your movie started 11:15. Exactly and we were still waiting. What are we supposed to do? Buy our own snacks elsewhere and take it into the cinema? I'm fed up with this service. It's horrible!!!
