Nu Metro-Westgate Pathetic Service from Mmakagiso Sefume

Dear Management,

I experienced the worse service at Nu Metro Westgate, the name of the person that assisted me is Mmakagiso Sefume. The lady disregarded my request and cashed up in front of me. Before asking her for the second time to call her manager. When her manager eventually attended to me and my family I was upset and requested an apology and she responded in front of her manager with an attitude and said "neva" I was disgruntled at the time and would not recommend or go to a cinema where staff are rude and disrespectful. Its sad because there are people seeking employment whilst others have a don't care attitude. Thanks, Mrs. Ogle
