Nu Metro Westgate -Mosquito infested

On the 02/02/2020, went to cinema 1 to watch BAD BOYS FOR LIVE at 20;00pm, what a miserable experience for my family, we were bitten by mosquitos due to the air-con not working, there were quite a few patrons that were bitten, when we came out from the cinema. this was really disgusting and unbearable, my wife was bitten on her arms and legs and had to take a few allergex..this is totally unacceptable as were are paying a price to watch a movie in a comfortable environment where the air cons are working. When the came out of the cinema, there was no personnel around to report this around 22;15pm....I wonder how the health and safety and environmental specialist think about this and will be getting their opinion.
