Nu metro (West Gate) Worst Service

Was at the (West Gate ) Cinema with my kids on the 10 January 2025. The Worst service I have ever experienced. There were 4 or more people Assisting at the Refreshments section, when we were approaching the 1st lady she told us not to go to her but to the lady who was 3 places away from her. She also turned and said "no don't come here stay there" they kept on saying this for a while and I asked the lady if there a problem with her system. She said "no" we were the only customers there at the time, it wasn't as if they were busy but no one was willing to assist us. They just wanted to stand there and chat. Absolutely Ridiculous and Unacceptable.
