Nu Metro VIP is extremely unforgettable

As regular patrons of Nu Metro, we were excited to try the VIP lounge, watching the most anticipated movie Star Wars, upon arrival we processed our tickets and proceeded towards the lounge, at first if one is paying R300 for 2 tickets it would be great to get a smile and friendly welcome to such a premium experience, sadly staff seemed less enthusiastic and not accommodating. We purchased popcorn which was clearly stale, I guess with a capacity of 19 people how often does popcorn move.The most annoying and disappointed thing was we offered the manager a taste of our popcorn, which he responded was \ oh I found a nice one
