Nu Metro VIP cinema Waterfront(Not VIP, disappointing)

<p>What a huge disappointment (VIP) cinema Waterfront Cape Town<br />We went to VIP cinema at the waterfront, we booked online to watch Live by night (to celebrate my husbands birthday). When we got to the cinema there was no one to help us at the self-help terminals. Only to find out the card we booked with had to be swiped again for our tickets to print.<br />We stood in a queue to order our foods and drinks. When our food was served my drink was not with the order. We waited whole movie through for my drink it never arrived. After the movie we went to complain only to hear a soft little apology. I had to have my drink after the movie, my meal was dry of course due to no drink.<br />What a let down there is nothing VIP about this cinema. This VIP cinema in Waterfront Cape town can learn a lot from (Prestige )VIP cinema at Cavendish Claremont, which really is VIP and treats their customers like VIP’s.</p>
