Nu Metro Trade Route Abysmal

The Nu Metro Lenasia - has wonderful staff

How ever after a series of complaints regarding various different issues there is no effort made for improvement !

There are many issues to highlight :

Filthy bathrooms Awful sound from Cine 1 to 4 Pathetic screen color from Cine 1 to 4 Popcorn is over priced and rarely fresh Very very uncomfortable seats in Cine 1 and 2 Food variety and quality is Abysmal compared to The Glen or Hyde park for examples !

Are we treated like this because they assume we are at the bottom of the economic chain ??
