@numetrotheglen there is a lady by the name of Bernice Nhlapo and another gentleman who referred us to her for further assistance (forgot to take his name) . They are the perfect example of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. OMG her smile, their friendliness and knowledge of their work environment.I immediately thought Bernice would do so well in Hospitality😍😍😍😍😍😍Please give her a raise or some recognition and tell them both they made our first experience in the VIP cinema an epic one to remember. We appreciate the suggestions, being so informative and guiding us through every question we had. My partner and i are extremely grateful.
